We are a small but growing assembly and are looking for new members to fill some of the volunteer vacancies that we have on our staff. Our Staff
Pastor Greg Baird and his wife Kim joined the First Baptist Church family after Pastor Greg was called as pastor in 2008.
Pastor Greg was ordained to the Gospel Ministry by examination and subsequent vote and laying on of hands by the congregation of the First Baptist Church in Taylortown, PA.
Pastor Greg received his salvation in December of 1979 at the age of 16. Later he enlisted in the United States Army as a Recon NCO during which time he earned his Bachelors Degree in Military Science as well as a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering. He is currently working on his Master's Degree in Ministry.
Upon being medically retired from active duty at Fort Huachuca, Arizona in 1997, he had the privilege of leading his lifelong friend and wife to be, Kim, to the Lord and they were married in 1998.
Kim works in the Women's and Youth Ministries of the church as well as being a Registered Nurse of 20+ years. She views her profession as a calling and regularly comforts her patients with her testimony and kind words.
In 1999, Kim gave birth to their only child, Greg Jr. who later received Christ as his Saviour at the age of 6.
